Neural Lab, Inc. ("Neural Lab", "we", "us") makes AirTouch, gesture control and hand tracking software. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit neural-lab.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to the AirTouch product itself.
Information We Collect
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Signals enabled. Google collects information through cookies and device identifiers, including the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site you came from, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. If you are signed in to a Google account with Ads Personalization turned on, Google may also associate your visit with demographic and interest information. This data reaches us in aggregated form and does not identify you personally to us.
Information you give us. If you subscribe to event updates, we collect your email address. If you book a demo, we collect the name, email, and meeting details you provide through our scheduling provider. If you purchase a license, our payment provider collects your billing information; we do not store your card details.
How We Use Information
We use analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve our content and product. We use the contact information you provide to respond to your requests, schedule demos, deliver purchases, and send updates you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google processes this data on our behalf and under its own policies. You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your Choices
You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com, block Google Analytics entirely with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you would like the information you gave us deleted, contact us and we will remove it.
Third-Party Services
We use Google Analytics for site measurement, Calendly for demo scheduling, and Pabbly for payments and email subscriptions. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy. This website does not access your camera. The AirTouch product processes camera video on your device, and that video never leaves your machine.
Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. Analytics retention follows the period configured in our Google Analytics settings.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we collect or use data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
